Italia striker Gonzalo Higuain scored twice in the opening 15 minutes as Udinese extended their unbeaten home record to five games with victory over Serie A side Udinese.
The visitors started the match well as they broke the deadlock in the first minute, with Higuard opening the scoring after a fine run from Graziano Pelle, before the Argentine striker’s shot hit the post.
Udinese were unable to find an equaliser after the break, but Higuill continued to dominate, before scoring in the 53rd minute to extend the lead.
Juve continued to take the initiative, with Alessandro Florenzi getting a tap on the back before firing in from close range.
Udine’s Diego Calabria, meanwhile, saw a penalty saved by Federico Cattaneo in the 72nd minute.
With just three minutes remaining, Higuille was able to put Udinese ahead, but the goalscorer missed a penalty when he was on the receiving end of a challenge by Alberto Moreno, and the Italians were unable get a result.
